Wilmington, VT Bed and Breakfast | The Nutmeg Vermont

Dining at The Nutmeg Vermont

Breakfast is served daily from 8 am.

If you’re leaving before then, to hit the slopes or just to get an early start, please speak to one of our staff the day before about a to-go breakfast. We can accommodate early leavers with a great, freshly cooked, brown-bag breakfast that can be ready from 7 am.

We are able to accommodate most dietary requirements with advance notice. Please note that, while every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen is NOT nut-free or gluten-free.

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday 8am to 9am and from 8am to 10am on weekends and holidays.

Coffee is always on by 7 am.

The Nutmeg Breakfast is open to non-guests on mornings we are serving inn guests. Please call the night before to reserve.

Fall-Winter

In the fall and winter, we open our kitchen on most Saturday nights to serve a hearty homemade soup with a hunk of warm bread. We do this early, between 5pm and 8pm to fill that gap between the last ski run and dinner. Although our soup is a meal in itself so dinner is often unnecessary. $15 per person, excluding gratuity.

Summer

We don’t serve dinner in the summer but on weekends, as with our winter offering, we serve a seasonal “fill the gap” sandwich or salad on Saturday nights.
